If your product breaks, we fix it. If we can’t fix it, we replace it.

We offer a FREE 30 days warranty with every purchase.

We also offer supreme one and two year warranty packages.


HOW TO PURCHASE WARRANTY
  • Before you add your item to the shopping cart you can select (1) or (2) year warranty upgrade
  • The warranty is purchased on a per item basis
SUBMIT A CLAIM IN JUST 3 EASY STEPS
  • Step 1: Call or Email customer assistance at 416-848-0673
  • Step 2: Send the item back to us for testing and inspection
  • Step 3: We will repair or replace the item and if it is no longer available, you will receive a store credit equal to the purchase price of the item.
DESCRIPTION OF COVERAGE
  • Mechanical and electrical failures
  • Failures caused by normal wear and tear
  • Defects in workmanship and material
  • Damage from power surges
  • Failures caused by environmental factors, such as heat, dust, and humidity
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
  • Physical damage caused by abuse or misuse
  • Failures due to fire or water
  • Damage caused from installation
  • Phyiscal rips or tears

HELMET WARRANTY

  • Coverage for helmets defective in materials or workmanship only
  • Helmet must be new and unused with all tags and packaging
  • Damage caused from an impact or fall is not covered
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • Warranty begins from the date your item is purchased.
  • Products must be shipped to us prepaid (paid by customer) and we will return products shipped prepaid (paid by customer).
  • Extended warranty plans can only be purchased at the same time of product purchase.
  • If your product is returned for refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, you will be refunded the cost of the product and the extended warranty. After 30 days from the day of purchase, the sale of the extended warranty is final, and the cost is non-refundable.
  • If exchange or replacement is required, only the defective part will be exchanged/replaced. Whole unit is not exchanged/replaced.
  • All Products returned under extended warranty (as previously authorized by our RMA department) must be accompanied by proof of purchase (original invoice).
