The grips arrived in a timely fashion, however, the chrome on the throttle handle was chipped. I was going to return it but after reading about return policy it seemed like way more of hassle to return than what it was worth. Not to mention that it would have cost me an extra $15 approx for shipping charges, which is not cool at all because you sold me damage goods and as a company you should be responsible for the merchandise you sell to your customers. I would say getting a better inspection team and do something about your return/exchange policy in reference to the multiple shipping costs...
