How do I return an item? Easy Returns We offer easy returns for any item you are not 100% satisfied with. You may return any new, unused or unaltered item to KapscoMoto within 30 days of receipt. If you would like to make a return, place the item(s) in a shipping packet or box and mail it to: KapscoMoto We can only accept packages from USPS or Canada Post. Write a value of no more than $10 on the insurance section of the package KapscoMoto Return Policy and Shipping Instructions Please include with your return: 1) Your name and order number 2) Copy of the receipt of purchase 3) Written letter explaining the reason for return Note: All returns are subject to a refund less any and all shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee will apply. |
