WE ARE HIRING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - PICKERING, ONTARIO

SUMMARY:

  • Full Time Customer Service
  • 5 days a week, 9-5pm with rotating Saturdays
  • Health Benefits after 3 Months

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Answering Emails (300+ per day)
  • Answering Phone Calls - Live Chat
  • Help Showroom Walk-in Customers
  • Handle Cash, Visa, Debit Transaction
  • Resolve Customer Concerns Quickly and Effectively
  • Handle Returns and Resolve Customer Complaints

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Multi-task between all points of communication to the customer
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Good Problem Solving Skills
  • Courteous and well-spoken
  • Positive Attitude
  • Some Knowledge of eBay and Amazon
  • Comfortable in a Fast Paced Work Environment
  • Motorcycle Knowledge is a Bonus

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 Years of Customer Service Experience
  • Intermediate Computer Skills (Keyboard Shortcuts, Gmail, Internet Browsing, Microsoft Word)
  • Fast Typer (60+ Words Per Minute)
  • Must have advanced Excel knowledge
  • Computer Savvy
